Overview: We focus on three pillars of health
1. Metabolic Control: We teach you how to make your metabolism function in the way you want. No crash diets, no off-limit foods, and no gimmicks.
2. Exercise: We focus on resistance training. Be it bands, weights, body weight, or whatever fits your lifestyle, time/monetary budget, and needs. What about cardio? It's not what you think. No running, no HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and no cardio that will send a contradictory signal to your metabolism. We focus on LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) WALKING. You will be given a target step count for each day. It's that simple.
3. Sleep: Even if you have the other two dialed in perfectly, if you are not getting good quality sleep, you will not make progress.

Our primary focus is to educate our clients. Our goal is to help you reach your initial health goal, while giving you the information you need to continue to set new goals and reach them without further help from your coach. We aim to help as many clients as possible and to help clear up any misconceptions from the abundance of poor information that is prevalent in the health and fitness industry.
We will provide real, science based information, about nutrition and fitness, help you understand metabolic control, provide sound real-world advice on fitness programs, and give you tips on getting the most out of your sleep to take advantage of the effort you put in.
This is not a one size fits all approach. Your program will be custom fit to your current fitness level, foods you enjoy, and your goals. We partner with you and provide the support needed to help you become the best possible version of you.

What your coach does
- Your coach will educate, suggest changes, and answer any questions.
- Your coach will make these suggestions once a week and hold you accountable.
- Your coach will help you reach your initial health goal and set you up with the knowledge needed for a lifetime of health and more advanced goals in the future.
What your coach will not do
- Treat or diagnose any medical conditions.
- Pull extra weight if you do not do your part.
- Waste time on unresponsive or difficult clients that takes away from their ability to help others who are motivated and mentally ready for the journey.
What is expected of you
- Log all food and stay within your caloric and macro targets each day
- Weigh yourself daily
- Meet your target step count and workout goals daily
- Complete your login sheet by the deadline each week
- Email your coach with a synopsis and personal goals after viewing each week’s check-in coaching
- Be consistent, not perfect, consistent!
How much does it cost
The cost depends on what is needed by the client. As stated earlier, this is not a one size fits all program. Someone who has an initial goal of twenty pounds to loose will need a few months of coaching to reach that goal. However, someone who's goal is to loose eighty pounds will need much more coaching and will therefore take longer.
Coaching is charged monthly at a range of $50-$100 depending on what the client needs and wants. All initial consultations are free and the monthly price is provided during that consultation.
If we do not have any slots in the program available, you will be offered a spot on our waiting list. We are a small, but growing organization and we want to make sure each client receives the personal attention they deserve. Therefore, we will not take on more clients than we feel we can provide with the attention they deserve.
