Our program is lead by Coach Scott who is a veteran and former first responder. He began his fitness journey after getting a horrible medical report and decided it was time to make a change. After completing his initial transformation, he fell in love with the idea of helping others do the same. Scott received certifications in nutrition coaching and physic athlete coaching from the Clean Health Fitness Institute through classes provided by Dr. Layne Norton.

Coach Scott's Initial Transformation
Scott utilized the information that would later evolve into the About Face Fitness program.
These pictures represent his first 10 months of using the program.
During this time, he lost over 60 pounds of fat and gained over 12 pounds of lean mass.
He dropped his A1C from 12.8 to 5.4
He dropped his cholesterol from 950 to 57
His body fat percentage dropped from 39% to 21%
